I work as the Executive Assistant to the Founder and Director of MULTIPLi Global. As such, I pull together all the moving pieces of the organization. My goal is to support the organization through organizational tasks, continuous improvement, best practices, and ongoing contact with participants worldwide.

If you want the nitty-gritty details, some of my tasks include the following:

  • Management of the Director’s calendar
    • Managing the Director’s appointments
    • Anticipation of events: preparation, appointment confirmations
    • Reflection and follow-up on past events
    • Travel reservations
    • Scheduling and participating in conference calls
  • Communication
    • Responding to the Director’s communication and needs within one hour during working hours (8 AM – 5 PM)
    • Drafting letters and documents
    • Point-of-contact for the staff and key leaders worldwide
    • Donor Cultivation
    • Conference calls, mailings, etc.
  • Event Planning
    • Coordinator of Multipli events worldwide
    • Attendance at Multipli events worldwide, as needed
  • Financial Matters
    • Maintain involvement in the financial matters of Multipli
    • Understand and manipulate Quickbooks, as needed, for reports and other financial data
    • File and retrieve documents that may be needed by the IRS
  • Technology/Social Media
    • Filing and retrieval systems for data
    • Use MailChimp for mass mailings
    • Use WordPress for website maintenance
    • Managing web presence and traffic; Scheduling and updating information releases through Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • Be aware of other technologies that may benefit Multipli and address needs as we grow and expand worldwide.
  • Other
    • Translation or finding translation resources
    • Reading and summarizing books that the Director may not have time to read
    • Research for sermons and other talks the director may give
