The third week has arrived! It starts off as a busy one for me and one packed with important (and scary!) events:

  • 8:30 AM – Leading morning prayers with my roommate, Laura
  • Admin: Receipting, Travel, and Taxes
  • RDM Training: Contacting Potential Supporters
  • 4:00 PM – US Council Interview – THIS IS THE BIG ONE!! [Note: I should know by the end of the half hour whether I am approved for membership with SIM.]
  • 5:00 PM – Appointee Interview #2 (and by “interview,” in this case they mean a meeting/discussion)

  • 8:30 AM – SIMCO “graduation” – Celebration Chapel & Tea
  • Admin Session: POAs, Wills, Checking
  • Missionary Care: Dealing with Depression
  • Finance: Long-Range Financial Planning

  • RDM Training: RDM Coaching and Accountability
  • Mission Training: Educating Our Kids (I think I might be able to skip this!)
  • RDM Training: Practicing your presentation to a mission committee

  • RDM Training: Sharing our country reports [Hmmm… guess I should work on that!]
  • RDM Training: Practicing one-on-one presentations
  • RDM Training: Wrapping up RDM Training

  • Tying up loose ends

So, it looks like another busy and interesting week! You prayers are much appreciated, especially for the US Council interview on Monday afternoon. Thanks to all my faithful readers. 🙂
